Alina brings over 20 years of executive management experience, combining a strong academic background in law and psychology with extensive expertise in business strategy, financial planning and operational management. Her professional experience spans real estate investment, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the management of complex business operations. She has provided general management services to international real estate investors across Romania, including Bucharest, Timișoara, Brașov and Arad. With a strategic and results-oriented approach, Alina focuses on aligning investment objectives with effective management, operational efficiency and sustainable value creation.

A law graduate, Marcel brings valuable expertise in navigating administrative and regulatory processes at both local and national levels. He works closely with public authorities to facilitate the approvals, permits and authorisations required for real estate development projects.
